The year 2025 brought exceptional milestones, new impulses, and a strong community dimension to NORDCITY Žilina. We have become a place where business meets sustainability, technology meets a human approach, and everyday work meets inspiration.
Prestigious achievements
One of the most significant moments of the year was obtaining the LEED Platinum V4 certificate, as the first building in Slovakia to achieve this highest standard of sustainability.
Another award that we are particularly pleased about is 3rd place in the 2025 Chamber of Engineers Award competition for our NORDCITY parking garage. This is proof that our emphasis on quality and innovation is reflected in all aspects of our projects.
Those interested in our vision of the future are invited to visit the model of the entire NORDCITY complex, together with a visualization of the planned Obchodná 2 building, which is on display in the atrium of the Poštová building on a scale of 1:200.
A step forward: We are preparing NORDCITY Obchodná 2
We are continuing to prepare for the construction of the new NORDCITY Obchodná 2 business building, which will take our zone to the next level as a center for innovation, technology, and a high-quality working environment.

- Gustiami – Cheers Club: a new place to enjoy sitting with friends
- NhaBe Bistro: long-awaited Vietnamese bistro (opening January 2026)
- Schweisser Team Group: a company offering innovative solutions in the field of construction, a new member of our business zone with modern offices
